Russ Berrie Country Gatherings Porcelain Angel Item No. 21437.
Exquisite, handpainted angel stands 8" tall and is in very good shape. There is a little scraping of the paint off the base, but otherwise she looks good.
Russ Berrie and Co is located in Oakland, NJ.
I have also seen this exact angel with words on the bottom of her skirt "Peace & Plenty". This figurine does not have those words on her skirt.
