This appears to be a hand painted spice container which has a sticker on the bottom saying "For Decorative Purposes Only".  The name of the artist looks to be P. Lunglhofer.

It is painted to be old Americana looking and has small tins inside embossed with spice names of: pepper, cloves, salt, ginger, nutmeg, mace and allspice.

It is in very good condition with just a few marks where the tin opens and a few other mars in the paint.  It has a metal / wooden handle and is quite unique.

It is 8" in diameter and 3" tall.  Each spice tin is 2 1/2" in diameter by almost 2 1/2" tall.
