This Royal Cuthbertson Blue Willow Coffee Pot measures about 7 1/4 inches tall without lid and 9 inches tall with the lid. It holds about 40 fluid ounces (about 5 cups).

Appears to be in excellent condition.  I do not know if it is a manufacturers flaw, or is intended, but there is a hole at the top curve of the handle.  Please see photo.

The Royal Cuthbertson Blue Willow pattern was manufactured from 1999 to 2005.
