This highly collectible, vintage Goebel Hummel Friar Tuck pitcher stands 2-1/2" high at the spout and measures about 1-1/2" across the base. It is in very good shape.
In the bottom, it is incised with model number S141/2/0 and has the Stamped Full Bee (TMK-2) which indicates it was made between 1940 and 1959.
Also stamped on the bottom is "Germany."
All of the early pitchers like this had shoes, not toes at the bottom. Only the early pitchers of Friar Monk by Goebel show him with crossed eyes.
