The Sad Sack series of comic books was created by Sgt. George Baker and came out Bi-monthly. 

This comic came out in October, 1963 and is Volume 1, No 33

While the pages are yellowed with age, the graphics inside as well as on the cover are still very bright.  The cover has a couple of minor flaws, otherwise it is in good shape for its age.
